First arriving and seeing the GORGEOUS castle draped in Christmas lights.
The parade begins. We watch from "our spot" in front of the Yule Tide Christmas Store.
Mali Su seemed to be the most awestruck by the parade.
Malachi was pretty laid back and leaned on Daddy.
This is what this particular parade is all about, LIGHTS ON FLOATS!
The castle view behind the parade made the view just that much prettier.
This parade had less characters but was still fun to see.
Mali Su waved the entire parade. She drew the attention of many of the people and dancers in the parade who interacted with her.
We moved over a few feet and sat on Santa's sleigh for the fireworks in our own little spot. Malachi didn't like the idea of the sleigh and the girls just kept singing princess songs.
We moved from the sleigh to the table in front of the Christmas store. Mali Su was trembling uncontrollably, fearful of the fireworks. At one point it was a "scary" part in the fireworks show and we all yelled at the fireworks, "GO AWAY MEAN WITCH, GO AWAY" and she seemed to really get into that. Malachi even tried to yell with us.
The fireworks were spectacular.
Our first castle family picture at Walt Disney World.
The castle changes colors!
We do like the daytime parade more, it has more characters to interact with but this night at Disney was magical. We hung out well past the rush of people leaving. We took our time leaving "our spot," made our way over to the castle, and enjoyed the beautiful music playing throughout the park. It was a perfect evening that wore us all smooth out.
Every time you get to go to disney I cry a little....LoL It just looks like so much fun!!
