I love the cool weather.
(don't worry I snapped the picture and shooed them away from the electricity meters...BUT I will say I was appalled at the fact that our condo's meter was spinning at an alarmingly fast speed compared to everyone else...YIKES!)
It was about 70 degrees yesterday so Larkie and I took the kids outside for a couple hours. It was really fun. Larkie is like Jake and amazing at keeping the kids entertained. She taught my girls DUCK DUCK GOOSE.
(why didn't I think of that?)
I married into a majorly fun family!
We then headed over to the TINY playground at our complex
with my downstairs neighbor Alana.
I love positive, uplifting interaction with others.
After lunch Kaylene came over and the three of us did INSANITY (the fit test) and about DIED. It was amazing. I have seen the infomercial several times and wanted to try it even more than P90X. It did not disappoint. Thanks ladies for the killer workout!

It seems like it is similar to P90x. Good for you girls. Take advantage of having family close. I miss it!
ReplyDeleteMy sister just finishing up P90x and she liked it; however she didn't feel she lost as many inches around the waist as she would have liked. She is going to try Insanity and see if it will help her shrink her waist a little more!
