SISTER PLAY TIME




AIMI LARK LOVES TO CLIMB INTO THIS WALKER. IT WAS CAUSING A PROBLEM BECAUSE SHE WOULD CLIMB INTO THE WALKER AND GET STUCK AND GET MAD. SO WE PUT IT OUT IN STORAGE. JAKE HAD TO GET THE VACUUM CLEANER BOX SO WE COULD RETURN IT TO COSTCO AND WHEN HE DID HE BROUGHT IN THE WALKER FOR MALI SU TO USE... WELL AIMI LARK LIKES TO STILL CLIMB ON IT AND EVEN THOUGH SHE ENJOYS IT SHE STILL CANNOT GET OUT ONCE SHE IS IN SO SHE GETS ANGRY... EVEN WHEN MALI SU IS IN IT SHE TRIES TO CLIMB IN. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED THIS MORNING...

20 Weeks

Today we had the opportunity to go in for our 20 week ultrasound. We are excited to announce that baby #3 is a healthy BOY! We are excited but have to admit we are a bit nervous. Change is hard and after two girls this is definitely a change. It will be a fun and wonderful experience. I have already thought about little boy ACUs and PT clothes (little army clothes) and what I will decorate the "boy" room in etc. I have always heard boys are "easier" but more rambunctious so I guess we will just have to see. I was excited that during the ultrasound our little boy was crossing his legs at the ankle like both his sisters do! So funny! We will keep y'all posted on names and other developments.

Halloween 2023

 We pulled off our best Halloween!  Possibly ever!  Jake had a vision and it came true beautifully.  He even had the cutest song he sang.  I loved our last Halloween in our Hurst home.

sometimes life may get you down

but then you remember how wonderful you husband is and it makes it all ok. Jake surprised me by ordering these gorgeous handmade pearl earrings from TINY STORM for me for Christmas and they were waiting for us with all our mail when we arrived back home after vacation. He got down on one knee and presented me with these earrings and it brought tears to my eyes. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful, hardworking, and loving husband who is always there to take care of me and love me when I am having a rough time. Thank you Jacob!
