so tonight i got in the tub after our 3.5 hr walk (not the point of this but still good for me) i got in the tub... jake comes in w/aimi lark and asks if i put her in the high chair before i got in the tub and i said no... he said well she climbed in it and got her leg stuck! and of course my response was "did you take a picture?" and he said "no, b/c i thought you put her in there!" haha

Today (6/26/08) Aimi Lark is 18 months old! Time really does fly once you have children. I cannot believe I have a daughter who is 1 and a half years old! I love it! I love watching her copy me and love knowing that all the things she is learning and doing are a result of her watching and interacting with me everyday. I love to be home with her and not miss a moment of her growing up! I love it! I love to watch her mimic me when I do things such as unload the dishwasher, put on makeup, or vacuum the house. She tries to do everything I do. One thing she has learned to do that I did not teach her (I think) is to PITCH FITS! She throws some serious "Seller's hissies" lately and I have to try so hard not to laugh because she squeals really loud and starts to throw herself backwards but she is graceful enough not to bonk her head. I always wonder where kids learn things??? I love her so much!!!

Your baby is going to nursery! Isn't that crazy!
ReplyDeleteI love that your first response was "well did you take pictures?". You should win an award for the most responsible blogger. Here's to you, voted "most likely to have a camera".
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh Caroline! You are indeed the Master Blogger - I would be embarrassed now for you to see mine. I have a HUGE goal now after seeing yours! You're amazing!!
ReplyDeleteTime does fly
ReplyDeleteAimi Lark is such a character! The temper tantrums definitely sound like a Sellers' thing. I still haven't outgrown mine. Just ask Brandon. ;)
