I'm So Excited...

and I just can't hide it!

Ok so the reason for the excitement is that I got a letter today from my insurance company saying they paid one part of the disputed medical bill (and it was the big part!) so this means I am over half way through with this whole $1000 medical bill situation!

and one more reason is because Mali Su laughed again tonight (her second time)
She was so cute! just laughing and cooing and gurgling and making all kinds of fun noises! The girls in their "Dora" pajamas from their Mia.

    Kari is excited because she sees them wearing their Dora pj's! She saying over and over "Mama, Dora" and pointing!

    Dora, Dora, Dora the explorer! (That's meant to be sung) Anyway, that's very good news. Don't you love when they learn to laugh? Ethan's laugh is my very favorite thing.

20 Weeks

Today we had the opportunity to go in for our 20 week ultrasound. We are excited to announce that baby #3 is a healthy BOY! We are excited but have to admit we are a bit nervous. Change is hard and after two girls this is definitely a change. It will be a fun and wonderful experience. I have already thought about little boy ACUs and PT clothes (little army clothes) and what I will decorate the "boy" room in etc. I have always heard boys are "easier" but more rambunctious so I guess we will just have to see. I was excited that during the ultrasound our little boy was crossing his legs at the ankle like both his sisters do! So funny! We will keep y'all posted on names and other developments.

Halloween 2023

 We pulled off our best Halloween!  Possibly ever!  Jake had a vision and it came true beautifully.  He even had the cutest song he sang.  I loved our last Halloween in our Hurst home.

sometimes life may get you down

but then you remember how wonderful you husband is and it makes it all ok. Jake surprised me by ordering these gorgeous handmade pearl earrings from TINY STORM for me for Christmas and they were waiting for us with all our mail when we arrived back home after vacation. He got down on one knee and presented me with these earrings and it brought tears to my eyes. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful, hardworking, and loving husband who is always there to take care of me and love me when I am having a rough time. Thank you Jacob!
