Jason Aldean & Luke Bryan Concert (from Katie's camera)

While waiting for T-Shirts we got "photo bombed."

We ate at Five Guys before and I said we should take a picture before the humidity got our hair, we didn't do it, bad idea.
Luke Bryan played the piano for a song and at the beginning busted out with "If I was your boyfriend" and then started laughing saying he wouldn't be singing any Bieber tonight.
Sweat and all we had SO MUCH FUN dancing the night away.
This concert was a little more redneck than the previous concerts we've been to.  There were plenty of intoxicated people around us.  Like this nice lady who wanted in on our picture.

Dancing.
Taking Pics.
Singing.
Laughing.
SO MANY PEOPLE.
Jason Aldean put on a great show.  I was so glad he played all his hits even from back in the day.
It was so packed you couldn't even see the lawn, all the green grass was covered in people.
On the way home Beth and Katie tried to mimic Mali Su's hair, or mine back before I cut it.  Thanks ladies.
It was a GREAT night.  I just finished doing hair at Katie's today after an AWESOME sleepover last night.  More pics to come.
Thanks to my Mom who couldn't attend, she lives in TX now!

20 Weeks

Today we had the opportunity to go in for our 20 week ultrasound. We are excited to announce that baby #3 is a healthy BOY! We are excited but have to admit we are a bit nervous. Change is hard and after two girls this is definitely a change. It will be a fun and wonderful experience. I have already thought about little boy ACUs and PT clothes (little army clothes) and what I will decorate the "boy" room in etc. I have always heard boys are "easier" but more rambunctious so I guess we will just have to see. I was excited that during the ultrasound our little boy was crossing his legs at the ankle like both his sisters do! So funny! We will keep y'all posted on names and other developments.

Halloween 2023

We pulled off our best Halloween!  Possibly ever!  Jake had a vision and it came true beautifully.  He even had the cutest song he sang.  I loved our last Halloween in our Hurst home.

sometimes life may get you down

but then you remember how wonderful you husband is and it makes it all ok. Jake surprised me by ordering these gorgeous handmade pearl earrings from TINY STORM for me for Christmas and they were waiting for us with all our mail when we arrived back home after vacation. He got down on one knee and presented me with these earrings and it brought tears to my eyes. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful, hardworking, and loving husband who is always there to take care of me and love me when I am having a rough time. Thank you Jacob!
