I am really impressed with Mali Su.
(15 months)
She picks up new words almost daily and follows directions really well.
Here are some of the vocabulary words I can think of:
hat
hi
shoe said "shooos"
Luke said "oook"
"da" (daddy)
juice said with a "y" in front
hot (food)
puts her hand over her mouth while saying patting it saying "ahh" for water
she "courtesy" laughs
her sound animals make ... almost sounds like a hissing cat
Directions she follows pretty regularly:
Time to go, go get your shoes
Go help Aimi Lark (gives Aimi Lark her hand to help her up)
Go play in your room
Follow Daddy (or whoever we tell her to)
Go to the house (after we get out of the car)
Give me a kiss
Sit down

Aimi Lark is my growing toddler.
(2years 4months)
She speaks in sentences that are constantly amazing me.
She is picking up on so many things.
Today she found a small pine cone in the grass and said "feed baby bottle" in her own way and it just made me smile.
Her imagination is continually expanding.
She took a coat hanger one day and told me it was a "flute" and began playing away.
She will wrap up one of her babies in a blanket and walk around bouncing them while saying "shhh shhh" or she will feed you pretend bites of cookies she has made.
She is a gymnast in the making. She can figure out how to scale playground equipment on her own or after Jake shows her once how to do it.
Jake is still my hard working husband.
He is still working full time, going to school full time, and keeping up with everything else. How he does it I will never know but I know he lovingly thinks the same thing about me as a mom/wife so I guess it evens out. He is definitely ready for his son to arrive. So hopefully Malachi cooperates and comes soon so Daddy can enjoy his paternity leave with his family.

Caroline and Malachi are growing and growing. Here we are after our 37wk 1 day appointment. I am starting to feel "puffy" in my face, hands, etc. so I hope that is a good sign that I am close (doubt it but here's hoping). Hopefully we can get some exercise or something in so that we can get things moving. I am in constant pain these days and I'm sure if I'm hurting this much he cannot be all that comfortable either. They moved my induction date to the 22nd of May so here is REALLY hoping he comes before then because my mother-in-law flies out on the 23rd to be back in time for my sister-in-law's senior prom in CA.
