OFFICE night!!!

I love having people over for dinner and the OFFICE
(we miss you TX Saragers!!!)
On Thursday we had Luke and Kaylene over for some Cafe Rio and a NEW episode of the OFFICE!
The girls love tee-dee (Aunt Kaylene) and uck (Uncle Luke) and they are not reserved about it! They climb in their lap and eat and kiss and cuddle with them. Thanks Shillig 5 family for being so sweet to our girls! and thank you NBC for a new episode of the OFFICE!

    When I was in Utah I ate at Cafe Rio for the first time ever. MMMM, it is now my most favorite place to eat!!!!! I ate there all the time until I came back here.

    We love watching movies as a family. Some of my fondest memories are watching movies and eating cinnamon rolls and popcorn and sliced apples.

20 Weeks

Today we had the opportunity to go in for our 20 week ultrasound. We are excited to announce that baby #3 is a healthy BOY! We are excited but have to admit we are a bit nervous. Change is hard and after two girls this is definitely a change. It will be a fun and wonderful experience. I have already thought about little boy ACUs and PT clothes (little army clothes) and what I will decorate the "boy" room in etc. I have always heard boys are "easier" but more rambunctious so I guess we will just have to see. I was excited that during the ultrasound our little boy was crossing his legs at the ankle like both his sisters do! So funny! We will keep y'all posted on names and other developments.

Halloween 2023

 We pulled off our best Halloween!  Possibly ever!  Jake had a vision and it came true beautifully.  He even had the cutest song he sang.  I loved our last Halloween in our Hurst home.

sometimes life may get you down

but then you remember how wonderful you husband is and it makes it all ok. Jake surprised me by ordering these gorgeous handmade pearl earrings from TINY STORM for me for Christmas and they were waiting for us with all our mail when we arrived back home after vacation. He got down on one knee and presented me with these earrings and it brought tears to my eyes. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful, hardworking, and loving husband who is always there to take care of me and love me when I am having a rough time. Thank you Jacob!
