MY MOM MAKES THE BEST HOMEMADE FRENCH FRIES AND I HAVE BEEN CRAVING THEM LATELY SO THIS WEEKEND AT COSTCO WE BOUGHT SOME POTATOES. YESTERDAY I THINK I FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO CUT THE POTATOES LIKE MY MOM DOES. I ALSO BATTERED UP SOME CHICKEN FOR CHICKEN STRIPS. I NEVER FRY ANYTHING AND HAVEN'T IN PROBABLY TWO YEARS BUT I REALLY ENJOYED THIS LUNCH!

Today we had the opportunity to go in for our 20 week ultrasound. We are excited to announce that baby #3 is a healthy BOY! We are excited but have to admit we are a bit nervous. Change is hard and after two girls this is definitely a change. It will be a fun and wonderful experience. I have already thought about little boy ACUs and PT clothes (little army clothes) and what I will decorate the "boy" room in etc. I have always heard boys are "easier" but more rambunctious so I guess we will just have to see. I was excited that during the ultrasound our little boy was crossing his legs at the ankle like both his sisters do! So funny! We will keep y'all posted on names and other developments.
I've started making my fries by baking them. Just add oil and seasoning to the spuds in the bowl, mix and bake for about 30 min. Delish and a little more healthy. I've never noticed that you have a flat top stove. I'M SO JEALOUS!!!!
