Delaney and Joby @ The Magic Kingdom

The Buzz Lightyear ride is always a favorite.
 Delaney kept asking to go in the castle but it was closed.  Jake didn't want her to leave Disney and not be able to.  He told them to go under the rope and run up and touch the castle and run back down.  It took some coaching but they did it!
 While waiting in line Joby played on the ropes non-stop.  Jake said for 30 minutes straight.
 They got to ride BIG THUNDER MOUNTAIN and it seems the "train" was Joby's least favorite ride of the day.
 Pirates of the Caribbean is always a hit!

 Every child needs to get their very own DISNEY driver's license.
 
 Jake loves the POOH ride!  Kids play while in line, makes things so much easier.
 Delaney was upset because her hands hurt from pulling this rope.
 Joby LOVED Belle!


I am so happy that my siblings were able to experience such a fun filled day at Walt Disney World with Jake.  A special thanks to the Ashleigh and Justin for the tickets.  The kids had a blast!

    That looks like so much fun! I LOVE their smiles on their faces- SO SO SO CUTE!

    I'd love to take my Goddaughter there sometime soon. I can just see those smiles!

20 Weeks

Today we had the opportunity to go in for our 20 week ultrasound. We are excited to announce that baby #3 is a healthy BOY! We are excited but have to admit we are a bit nervous. Change is hard and after two girls this is definitely a change. It will be a fun and wonderful experience. I have already thought about little boy ACUs and PT clothes (little army clothes) and what I will decorate the "boy" room in etc. I have always heard boys are "easier" but more rambunctious so I guess we will just have to see. I was excited that during the ultrasound our little boy was crossing his legs at the ankle like both his sisters do! So funny! We will keep y'all posted on names and other developments.

Halloween 2023

 We pulled off our best Halloween!  Possibly ever!  Jake had a vision and it came true beautifully.  He even had the cutest song he sang.  I loved our last Halloween in our Hurst home.

sometimes life may get you down

but then you remember how wonderful you husband is and it makes it all ok. Jake surprised me by ordering these gorgeous handmade pearl earrings from TINY STORM for me for Christmas and they were waiting for us with all our mail when we arrived back home after vacation. He got down on one knee and presented me with these earrings and it brought tears to my eyes. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful, hardworking, and loving husband who is always there to take care of me and love me when I am having a rough time. Thank you Jacob!
