BIRTHDAY PARTY TIME!

 Today we celebrated Kaylie's 5th birthday and Chaz's 1st birthday at Meadow's Castle.
 Mali Su told me when we were leaving, "We need to hurry up so we don't miss THE Happy Birthday."  
(I knew she meant the singing of the Happy Birthday Song)
 My girls were spoiled with GIRLY rings and crowns!
 Presents were a hit!  ALL the kids joined in on the fun.
My kids really like Miss Katie.  Mali Su even went over and just sat on her lap today.  Talk about sweet!
 Thanks Miss Katie for inviting us to your super fun party!  My kids enjoyed their ring pops all the way home!

    Totally my favorite post so far. I love the pics of Mali Su & I, she's a doll! And Aimi Lark even came and sat on my lap and laid on my shoulder...you didn't get a pic of that! Thanks for coming, we love you guys!

20 Weeks

Today we had the opportunity to go in for our 20 week ultrasound. We are excited to announce that baby #3 is a healthy BOY! We are excited but have to admit we are a bit nervous. Change is hard and after two girls this is definitely a change. It will be a fun and wonderful experience. I have already thought about little boy ACUs and PT clothes (little army clothes) and what I will decorate the "boy" room in etc. I have always heard boys are "easier" but more rambunctious so I guess we will just have to see. I was excited that during the ultrasound our little boy was crossing his legs at the ankle like both his sisters do! So funny! We will keep y'all posted on names and other developments.

Halloween 2023

 We pulled off our best Halloween!  Possibly ever!  Jake had a vision and it came true beautifully.  He even had the cutest song he sang.  I loved our last Halloween in our Hurst home.

sometimes life may get you down

but then you remember how wonderful you husband is and it makes it all ok. Jake surprised me by ordering these gorgeous handmade pearl earrings from TINY STORM for me for Christmas and they were waiting for us with all our mail when we arrived back home after vacation. He got down on one knee and presented me with these earrings and it brought tears to my eyes. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful, hardworking, and loving husband who is always there to take care of me and love me when I am having a rough time. Thank you Jacob!
