ok so jake ACED his FINALS! NOW... I know what you are thinking... YES my husband IS an AWESOME GENIUS!

SECONDLY, Last night while Jake was at a final Aimi Lark and I had bagel sandwiches for dinner. After I got her down from her highchair and while I was cleaning her highchair I heard Mali Su making some noises so I looked over and I found Aimi Lark shoving lunch meat from her sandwich into her dear sweet little Mali Su's mouth...once again I can totally tell what you are thinking and that is... HOW sweet for Aimi Lark to share her lunch meat with a 3 month old :)

    this is one of the best posts ever! i think any mom with multiple kids has had an experience like this or similar. so sweet aimi lark to share with your sister.

20 Weeks

Today we had the opportunity to go in for our 20 week ultrasound. We are excited to announce that baby #3 is a healthy BOY! We are excited but have to admit we are a bit nervous. Change is hard and after two girls this is definitely a change. It will be a fun and wonderful experience. I have already thought about little boy ACUs and PT clothes (little army clothes) and what I will decorate the "boy" room in etc. I have always heard boys are "easier" but more rambunctious so I guess we will just have to see. I was excited that during the ultrasound our little boy was crossing his legs at the ankle like both his sisters do! So funny! We will keep y'all posted on names and other developments.

Halloween 2023

 We pulled off our best Halloween!  Possibly ever!  Jake had a vision and it came true beautifully.  He even had the cutest song he sang.  I loved our last Halloween in our Hurst home.

sometimes life may get you down

but then you remember how wonderful you husband is and it makes it all ok. Jake surprised me by ordering these gorgeous handmade pearl earrings from TINY STORM for me for Christmas and they were waiting for us with all our mail when we arrived back home after vacation. He got down on one knee and presented me with these earrings and it brought tears to my eyes. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful, hardworking, and loving husband who is always there to take care of me and love me when I am having a rough time. Thank you Jacob!
