As we drove down the coast of California on the famous 1 highway we saw this beach "cave" and I wanted to stop. It was quite the hike down and we had to time it just right so the water wasn't coming in. Jake went down with the 3 oldest and I stayed up high with Solomon, but then Solomon asked to go down. He cried, but he did it! He is definitely the youngest in our family, and it shows. I love the beauty in this world. California beaches may be cold, but I love the rocks, caves, and views.
Today we had the opportunity to go in for our 20 week ultrasound. We are excited to announce that baby #3 is a healthy BOY! We are excited but have to admit we are a bit nervous. Change is hard and after two girls this is definitely a change. It will be a fun and wonderful experience. I have already thought about little boy ACUs and PT clothes (little army clothes) and what I will decorate the "boy" room in etc. I have always heard boys are "easier" but more rambunctious so I guess we will just have to see. I was excited that during the ultrasound our little boy was crossing his legs at the ankle like both his sisters do! So funny! We will keep y'all posted on names and other developments.
